01. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any service from JOSPlay, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JOSPlay regarding your use of our hosting infrastructure.

02. Resource & Fair Usage

To ensure stability for all clients, JOSPlay enforces a Fair Usage Policy:

CPU Usage: Intentional long-term 100% CPU pinning that affects node stability is prohibited.
No Mining: Cryptocurrency mining of any kind is strictly forbidden and will result in instant termination without refund.
Illegal Content: Hosting or distributing copyrighted material (piracy), malware, or child pornography is strictly prohibited.

03. Payments & Billing

Services are billed in advance. Failure to pay an invoice by its due date will result in automatic suspension.

"JOSPlay reserves the right to terminate and wipe data for any service that has been overdue for more than 3 days unless a prior arrangement has been made."

04. Support Protocol

Technical support is provided primarily via our Discord Community and Ticket System. We expect all clients to maintain professional conduct; harassment or abuse of our staff will result in service termination.

05. Limitation of Liability

JOSPlay shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from JOSPlay servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
